The Dutch immigration service issued false European 'Laissez passez' cards. The card is issued to immigrants with no rights to stay in The Netherlands. In order for them to return to their home country, the IND issued false 'visa' to facilitate their journey home. At arrival some of the foreigners got arrested. The Ministry of Justice is investigating the case.
